Neighbourhood Festivals

Herencia has five neighbourhood associations that organise local festivals throughout the year: San José, Santiago Apóstol (Cristo neighbourhood), San Antón y Santa Lucía, La Encarnación, San Bartolomé, and La Labradora. Each celebration revolves around the neighbourhood chapel and includes street dances, games, communal meals, and religious services. These are intimate, close-knit festivals where community spirit takes centre stage.
