Chapel of Saint Anthony Abbot

Built in 1754, the Chapel of Saint Anthony Abbot gives its name to one of Herencia's most traditional neighbourhoods. Every 17 January, the feast of San Antón is celebrated here with blessings of animals and bonfires — a tradition that keeps alive the rural spirit of the town.
